Fancy Ramen

This recipe is when you want to have a nice meal but don’t really want to cook. This is one my sister came up with in college when all she could afford was ramen, but she wanted something a little different. The great thing about this recipe is that you can put us much or as little as you would like.

Ingredients

1 pkg of ramen

2 cups of water

1 egg

1 green onion, chopped

soy sauce

garlic powder

red pepper flakes

Directions

Boil 2 cups of water. Add the noodles first. After one minute, add the rest of the ingredients. Don’t stir while the egg is cooking. Add half of the seasoning packet after the noodles are fully cooked.
