I love doing nails. It was one of the things that really helped me when I was depressed. That’s probably why when my mom suggested trade school that JATC’s Nail Tech program looked possible. I think I would like to try doing it full time

Journals are so helpful! They allow you to healthily express your emotions both good and bad. It doesn’t need to be much. I use to write down one good thing that happened that day and that was it. This helps you remember the positives instead 

Face Mask

My sister loves face masks she is always asking me to do a face mask with her. Lots of them are really simple. You just rinse your face, then put the mask on and leave it on for the required time then take it off

I love shopping, but I don’t always have money to buy things, so instead I just like window shopping. I look at cool things either in person or just scroll on Amazon. You can even make a wish list of things you want to buy
