Yoga is so much fun! It is relaxing and can also be good exercise. There are so many fun and easy to follow tutorials on YouTube. One of the best things you can do when you are feeling sad is to get out there and do something. If you can even just sit and breathe, it can help so much.
My little sister took a yoga class this year and she loves it. It is awesome to be able to take a break and breathe. It can calm you down and help you relax.
